BREAD
All life requires sustenance. All humans require food. The sharing of food with others is holy. It can be with just one person or with many.
The sharing of food with others is an inately selfless act. It goes against a very basal survival instinct and is evidence that we are inherently social creatures. It is an act of love to make food for someone else.
Breaking bread with others is a form of prayer. "Breaking bread" doesn't require bread to be consumed, rather any food - particularly staple food - is suitable. Prayer can be as simple as having a conscious thought of the fact you are engaged in one of the Four Pillars during a meal with others.
